VMO On-Call Survey, The Results

On Call commitments have been identified as a key irritant of VMO life. However, as it is also an inevitable part of VMO contracts, we have been attempting to gauge attitudes to on call and the extent of the on call commitment required. We are hoping to work with NSW Health to find better ways to support VMOs with their on call commitments. Please see the next issue of the NSW Doctor for a full report.
