Contracts & Legal Packages

Tress Cox, the affiliated legal firm of the AMA (NSW), has drawn up various agreement packages which are available from AMA (NSW) for a nominal fee. The packages allow practitioners to put appropriate legal documentation in place governing partnership, associateship or employment arrangements. These packages provide a basis for the preparation of an agreement, which specifically meets the needs of each individual practice or practitioner.
