AMA (NSW), in conjunction with AMA and other state branches have been looking into the issue of Corporatisation and the services we can offer to members. As a result of an AMA and Branches Working Party, a Corporatisation of Medical Practice booklet was developed and published as a decision support kit for AMA members.

AMA (NSW), through it's Medico-Legal, Workplace Relations & Training team, are able to assist members with queries about Corporatisation, particularly with the review of contracts.
